We are seeking an Order Manager Assistant to support the different Order/Sales Managers of the different markets, primarily focused on markets in continental Europe, France, Italy, Greece, and possibly the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for order registration in SAP, tracking of orders in production and logistics in local systems, billing, and risk control. Additionally, the job entails telephone and email support with customers and commercial agencies, documentation preparation, constant communication with the production/planning and carrier/logistics departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register orders in SAP
• Track orders in production and logistics in local systems: delivery times, quality control, shipments to customers
• Perform billing and risk control activities
• Provide telephone and email support with customers and commercial agencies regarding consultations/offers, status of orders/deliveries, and sending documentation
• Prepare documentation, including letters of credit and bank guarantees
• Maintain constant communication with the production/planning and carrier/logistics departments
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to handle pressure
• Experience with SAP, particularly the SD module
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Proficiency in English at a B2/C1 level; knowledge of French, spoken and written, is a plus
