KompiTech Switzerland is an IT service provider, we provides both managed services and IT automation processes to customers across Europe.
In Vienna, Austria. We are looking for an individual to work part-time as Technical Support Specialist. You will provide onsite support to our clients with focus on offering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate needs to speak both German and English.
Key responsibilities include:
- Basic understand of technical issues and proven skills with electrical devices
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests on a day to day basis
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrate ability to handle end-user request
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in German and English)
- Knowledge with electrical devices and computer hardware, including laptops, mobile devices, monitors, printers and peripherals
- Any experience with ticketing system is a plus
This role require driving to multiple customer locations, having a driving license or in possession of a car is a plus. We can also provide you with a company car as well.
