Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Stores Manager to oversee our stores' operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth and efficient processes for ordering, receiving, transferring, and maintaining inventory. By upholding our standard operating procedures, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the timely delivery of food and beverage, general, and maintenance items.
- Maintain an efficient flow of incoming goods, meticulously verifying stock condition and documentation accuracy.
- Implement effective stock rotation practices and maintain meticulous records of all items.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate correct transfers within cost centers, contributing to optimal food and beverage costs.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

- A Full Open Manual License.
