KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/MAJOR TASKS
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive, relevant information technology experience
- Knowledge of Fiori, OData, CDS, Gateway, and Web Services
- Familiar with SAP GUI and Eclipse IDE
- Familiar with native SQL, SAPUI5, API management, and JavaScript development
- Solid experience maintaining custom enterprise-class SAP applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences, especially business customers
- Proficient at conflict resolution, time management, process and data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and risk management
- Able to apply business knowledge to develop and deliver innovative, value-added improvements
- Understanding of IT risks, controls, and security credential requirements in application development
- Tests and debugs programs to ensure that all the code follows IT technical standards
- Participates in overall application build and code promotion process
- Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written
- Performs complex analysis, problem solving, implementation, and documentation
- Develops a sound understanding of relevant technologies to create software applications most effectively
- Participates in the detailed technical design and construction phases of the overall development lifecycles, working closely with the Functional Analyst and Project Manager
- Works with architects and senior developers to ensure the effective implementation of the detailed technical designs into the resulting software produced
- Participate in ITIL incident, problem, and change processes. May also provide technical support to users
- Follow established controls and security standards and procedures
